Complete EMOM x5 minutes: 1 segmented snatch pull + 2 hang power snatch + 2 snatch push jerk

Complete EMOM x8 minutes: 1 power clean + 2 front squat + 2 push press + 1 jerk


C. Accessory: SINGLE LEG

Complete 3 sets of 12 per leg DB reverse lunge (non-alternating), rest 30 seconds between sets

THEN…

Complete 3 sets of 8 per leg hip airplanes, rest 15 seconds between sets


Metabolic Conditioning

For time:

50 DB deadlifts (pick an appropriate weight – light to moderate load)


Cooldown: gentle hip & spine ROM & box breathing
