B. Upper Body Superset: UB PULL

Complete 5 sets of:

B1. 8 reps sheet/ring row with 2 sec pause at top

Rest 30 seconds

B2. 20-30 second rig hang

Rest 15 seconds

B3. 10 DB supinated row per arm

Rest 15 seconds

B4. 15 reps reverse curls

Rest 15 seconds


MetCon

EMOM x 12 minutes (every minute on the minute)

Even mins: 12 bent over DB rows

Odd mins: 40 seconds skater jumps
