UB Push & Stimulation

B. Strength

Every minute on the minute x 10 minutes

Odd Minutes: 12 close grip bench press, banded bench press, or floor press at 32X1 (if you have a band, but no rack)

Even Minutes: 6-8 banded pushups


C. Upper Body Superset: Complete one set of first movement, rest, then set of next movement, rest. Repeat until you have done 4 sets total.

C1. Banded Chest Fly, 4 sets of 12, rest 30 seconds

C2. Banded Supinated Front Raise, 4 sets of 12, rest 15 seconds

C3. DB Z-Press, 4 sets of 8 @ 3 sec lowering, rest 15 seconds

Use any implement! May need to do one arm at a time (pending equipment available).


Metabolic Conditioning

12 min AMRAP

25 DUs (or 25 penguin taps or 75 singles)

12 DB Push Press (50/35)

12 DB Power Snatch (same)

12 step-ups (24/20)
